In a former wine house, spacious and bright apartment in the city center of Beaune.

Access to the garden and swimming pool is inside the property and is shared with holidaymakers staying in the other gîte on the property.

You have independent garden furniture with barbecue outside in the first courtyard.

We can make the tasting room available if you wish in order to organize a tasting.

Housing

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building that is part of this former wine house and is therefore independent.

The apartment has a large living room with an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and the living room, two bedrooms each with their own bathroom.

The WC is independent of the 2 bedrooms.

In the living room, the sofa can be converted to provide additional sleeping space for 2 people.

You can ask us for a travel cot for a child under 3 years old.

We equip the beds to your liking and we provide you with bathroom linen and towels for the swimming pool.

Before your stay, we will contact you to find out if you need additional services (restaurant reservation, bicycle rental, etc.).

The swimming pool is secure thanks to the alarm system but the presence of an adult when children are swimming is required.

This apartment is perfect for a family with children.
